Outcomes Fitness provides Pilates as a body conditioning routine that will help you to build flexibility, functional strength, endurance, and co-ordination.
Our Mat Pilates Group sessions involve mat exercises along with the use of foam rollers, Pilates circles, Swiss balls, resistance bands and light weights where necessary.
Your progress will be monitored regularly to ensure improvements in strength, posture, balance and wellbeing.
Development of core strength is the primary aim, however the entire body is used to gain functional strength, flexibility, and to correct muscle imbalances. The muscles are stretched and strengthened and integrated with the use of correct breathing patterns to help mental calm and focus.
Pilates is recommended for a wide range of ages from teenagers to seniors. Our sessions are available for beginners and those experienced in the Pilates method.

Initial Assessment - $60 – 45 minutes
An initial one-on-one postural assessment is completed before commencement of your Mat Pilates Group sessions. Your qualified instructor will conduct a full body postural and mobility assessment to indentify areas for improvement. An individualised program is then developed based on your requirements.
Mat Pilates Class - 10 sessions for $185. Casual $20 per session. - 60 minutes
Your Mat Pilates Group session will consist of group participation as well as your individualised program, with instruction given throughout the session. With a maximum of 8 participants per group, you will receive quality instruction.
