I have always struggled with my weight so after meeting up with the guys from Outcomes 3 years ago I have been able to maintain a more healthy life style. However with wedding approaching it was time to step it up a notch!

"Casey is great. She not only looks after the physical side but also has supported us with the nutrition side. Casey allowed us to borrow a recipe book of hers and the food we prepare mainly comes from this book. She is very understanding of our fitness levels, very encouraging and positive. Our recovery times are better and Casey changes each session a bit, so our body doesn't get used to the same old things. We like this as we never know what we are going to get! I’ve joined several gyms over the years and never lasted more than a few months of attending regular, I got bored very quickly of doing the same thing and loss motivation. I joined Outcomes Fitness at the beginning of 2012 and from the beginning I enjoyed the fun, friendly and positive environment. The group training sessions are always changing; the trainers challenge you to push yourself while taking into consideration your fitness levels and injuries. I started with Outcomes Fitness 12 months ago. My goal at the beginning of that 12 months was to regain overall fitness, motivation and to lose 5kgs that couldn’t be shifted from having my third child. With the help and encouragement from the fantastic team at Outcomes fitness, especially Heath, I was not only able to achieve these goals, but to exceed them. I accomplished a weight loss of 8kgs, found more motivation than I thought I had, and most of all, became a runner! From this, I then decided to challenge myself by setting another goal mid-year, to complete a Fun Run. With the encouragement and the expert training advice of Heath, I not only completed the Melbourne Marathon Coffee Club 10km Run (57mins 37secs) in October 2012, I went on to do the Coburg Classic 10km Fun Run (57mins 17secs) in November 2012. Without Heath and the other trainers (Andrew, Shaun & John), I would not have been fit enough, nor had the confidence to exceed my own expectations to achieve this. I would like to thank each and everyone of you for what I have gained over this past year, and look forward to another great training year ahead.

Having just celebrated my 70th birthday I’m pleased to be able to write a few words of encouragement for those who are hesitant about becoming involved in physical activities.
Five years ago after a minor operation it was recommended by my then physician to improve my life by being actively involved in physical exercise.
Outcomes Fitness have been helping me over the last 8 years to not only to improve my fitness but also have changed my whole outlook on the need for fitness. I now have a positive outlook rather than seeing exercise as a chore.
Through weekly participation with Outcome Fitness plus a daily personalised program set out for me, I have not only been able to energise myself but also to control the pain associated with my arthritis. The exercise regime plus diet support have been life changing for me. I have no doubt that I now have achieved what the physician had recommend years ago, that is to maintain an active lifestyle as I aged.
