Combined with our personalised diet plan is an exercise plan tailored to your needs. Our exercise plans are based on your goals, you won't recieve a generic bodybuilders program. We analyse your desired results, current fitness level, training environment (home, local park, gym etc.), previous exercise history, any injuries/illness that may effect your training and develop a program designed specifically for you.

RECIPE OF THE MONTH

Great Light Lunch Recipe


Couscous & Feta Salad (V)

Couscous

1/3 cup

Feta Cheese- Reduced Fat

10 x 1cm cubes

Lemon

¼

Salt

Pinch

Lemon Juice

25ml

Lebanese Cucumber

½

Cherry Tomatoes

Rocket lettuce leaves

1 cup (shredded)

Preparation Method: Boil 1/3 cup of water, place couscous into heatproof bowl and sit in water for 5 minutes until liquid is fully absorbed.  Slice the lemon and place in saucepan with pinch of salt in ¼ cup of boiling water.  Bring to the boil, cook for 5 minutes, drain and finely chop lemon.  Add other ingredients to couscous and toss together for a great light lunch.
